The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m., but we encourage you to arrive a little early to enjoy extra time for networking, reconnecting with friends, and browsing our always-popular “Toonies for Treasures” table. Guests and prospective members are invited to attend. (Hosting member not required)

- Assess your seven chakras and discover where you may need a more energetic balance in your business, professional or personal life.
- Be guided through meditation to help you align and integrate your chakra energy for perfect flow and success. Ignite your entrepreneurial spirit!

As a Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Laughter Yoga Leader, Karen is passionate about helping her clients renew and restore their health and happiness in all aspects of life and manage stress to create powerful results with clarity. She helps people manage and embrace change, fulfill their potential, accomplish goals, execute strategies, enhance their performance, and feel confident. Her joyful outlook, enthusiasm, and high energy are inspiring.
For the past 30 years, Karen has participated in and coached individuals and teams both in business and personal development settings. She is a team player and dynamic team leader. She worked in the financial services industry for 28 years, specializing in many retail leadership roles, as well as trainer, coach and facilitator of learning programs.
