In keeping with our Flourish theme, Life Coach Tara McIntosh will explore the season of spring—that turning point after a winter season of challenge, uncertainty or feeling stuck, when something within us is ready to grow, bloom and flourish again.
In this fun, interactive 30-minute introduction to Flourish Life Coaching, Tara will take us through a Spark Timeline, powerful coaching questions and a mini Life Edit to explore where we are, where we’d love to go next, and what might be standing in between.

Tara is now launching a new online community called She Flourishes, a vibrant space for women to grow in confidence, purpose, and divine alignment through courses, coaching, and soulful connection.
Up until recently, Tara was a community reporter and food writer for the Tri-Cities Dispatch, as well as an opinion columnist with the Tri-City News. She is the founder and host of the former Tri-Cities Women’s Conference, which ran for eight impactful years in Port Moody. In 2020, she published her first book, Fire Wife, and has since transitioned into her calling as a certified life coach and the founder of Flourish Life Coaching Events and Entertainment.
5-Minute Spotlight – Sharon Lenning, Macdonald Realty, Langley
As a Realtor for the last 38 years (yes, that long!), it is refreshing to put down the For Sale/Sold sign and enjoy the socializing and education offered each month.
My mantra has always been to take care of others first, personally and professionally. Now let’s have some fun! While, of course, still “taking care of business.”
I am proud to be a member of this fantastic Valley Women’s Group and always look forward to being with this awesome group of ladies!

The Valley Women’s Association (VWA) Langley Chapter meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month (except July and August). See Schedule below.
Each meeting provides:
- buffet lunch with multiple dining options
- feature speaker or workshop
- multiple opportunities to promote your business
- vendor display tables
- table talks
- multiple prize draws
- networking
Guests
Guests are welcome to attend twice and then are asked to join as a member.
Meal Requests
There is a full lunch provided. Please let us know if you have special dietary requirments.
Cancellation /No Show Policy?
A minimum of 48 hour cancellation notice is required, or a late cancellation or no-show fee will apply.
Meeting Fees
- Member: $40.00
- Guest: $45.00
- Drop-in or Late Reservations: (unfortunately this season we can not accept drop-in or late reservations)
* NOTES: Reservations will ONLY be confirmed once payment is processed.
* The meeting fee is required regardless of whether or not you choose to eat the food provided.
* Cancellations received by noon on the second Friday of the month are eligible for credit or reimbursement.
Promote your business with a Display Table
For Members Only — Vendors, we have a limited number of display tables (1/2 table or about 4′). Let us know if you wish a table when you reserve and tell us about your business. We will add this to our Facebook page. There is no fee for a table but we ask that you donate a tangible draw prize valued at approximately $10-$15.
