From Stuck to Unstoppable – How Understanding Your Brain Builds Confidence, Clarity, and Momentum
Many smart, capable women find themselves overwhelmed, stuck, or second-guessing themselves — especially in midlife, when responsibilities grow and our brains are pulled in every direction.
In this inspiring and deeply relatable talk, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Tanya Cameron shares her late-in-life ADHD journey and the surprising brain-based patterns that affect confidence, focus, follow-through, and everyday decision-making.
ADHD or not — if you’ve got a busy brain and a big heart, this is for you.
You’ll learn why certain tasks feel harder than they “should,” how your hidden strengths can become leadership superpowers, and simple strategies you can use immediately to reduce overwhelm and create steady momentum.
This session blends story, science, humour, and hands-on learning, leaving you feeling seen, supported, and empowered with tools you can put into action right away.
Theme Connection
Love yourself as you are, laugh at the relatable moments, feel inspired by the journey, and walk away empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Tanya Cameron is a Certified ADHD & Executive Function Life Coach and the founder of ADHD Inspired in the Tri-Cities, BC. After discovering her own ADHD at 51, she became passionate about helping adults and entrepreneurs understand how their unique brains work — so they can move past procrastination, overwhelm, and self-doubt, and move forward with calm, clear momentum.
